- International buyers need to contact us regarding secure mail quote otherwise it ships usps international first class registered air mail. although registered mail is a secure and insured option please be advised that the shipping time via registered mail is quite long. Items can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get to you in some cases even longer depending on the customs in your country. customs charges are the buyers responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item purchased is the wrong size or not what you expected, we will be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of the item so long as you contact us immediately (within 24hrs) of receiving the item(s) * (with exceptions) * which is based on when delivery confirmation states your item was delivered. Once approved please make sure to ship it back within 24hrs.
